An ominous morning gave way to more California dreaming with pristine conditions that set up an electric Finals Day to crown Rachael Tilly and Taylor Jensen the 2024 Huntington Beach Longboard Classic winners in a SoCal sweep. Tilly and Jensen put on a clinic from start to finish with excellent showings against some of the world's best. 2015 WSL Longboard Champion, Tilly, had to overcome a pair of three-time WSL Longboard Champions Honolua Blomfield and Soleil Errico en route to her win. Jensen was put to the test by rising star Rogelio JR Esquivel in their Final and claimed his second HB win in three years. Now, the World Title race heats up with Jensen and Errico still atop the rankings as we prepare for the changeover to high-performance action with the Challenger Series elite set to take over HB.
