First CT Qualifier Locked In, Plus Dominant Displays From Challenger Series Frontrunners | 805 Post Show Wallex US Open Of Surfing

The top-seeded Challenger Series men made their debuts and did not disappoint with high-performance clinics. Cole Houshmand officially qualified for the 2024 CT after a dominant run through the 2023 season and earning a spot into the Round of 32 in Huntington Beach. Plus, George Pittar puts the event on high alert with an event-best, excellent heat total alongside Southern California's own Crosby Colapinto and Australia's Morgan Cibilic. Scattered upsets provided dramatics among the top seeds as the field narrows to just 32 competitors.
