Nathan Hedge (AUS) gave himself a triple claim after this 9.27 ride to the channel.
Bede Durbidge (AUS) pumped after coming away from a tie-breaker with C.J. Hobgood (USA).

Mitch Crews (AUS) tallied a disappointing 10.17 heat total as his Tahitian campaign came to a close.
Michel Bourez (PYF) kept Tahitian dreams of a local victory alive when he defeated Aritz Aranburu (ESP) by a 0.13 margin.
Defending event champion Adrian Buchan (AUS) tacked on a nine-point ride to his already stellar performance at the 2014 Billabong Pro.
Tiago Pires (PRT) opened the flood gates when he earned two nine-point rides in the Round 3 opener.
One that got away.
Atkinson looks back over the ledge.
