JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla., USA (Thursday, October 17, 2024) - The fourth edition of the Super Girl Series going coast to coast for the World Surf League (WSL) U.S. Air Force Super Surf Pro presented by Jersey Mike's Subs, a North America and Hawaii/Tahiti Nui Qualifying Series (QS) 3,000, returns to Jacksonville Beach. Some of North America and Hawaii/Tahiti's top-level contenders are back looking for a vital 3,000 points towards 2025 Challenger Series qualification beginning November 8 through 10. The Jacksonville Beach surf community continues to show its support for professional surfing and will host free concerts, sponsor activations and an experience for the whole family to partake in.

"Since ASA Entertainment brought the Super Girl Surf Pro to Jacksonville Beach for another major opportunity, we've been excited to see the enthusiasm from the competitors and the local community," said WSL North America Regional Manager Meg Bernardo. "This event has become a staple on both the West and East Coast now and continues to be an event for the next generation to develop experience at the QS level. We saw that with Eden Walla winning in Oceanside and now we're excited to see who wins the Super Girl cape in Jacksonville Beach."

After the Nissan Super Girl Surf Pro wrapped in September, the women of North America and Hawaii/Tahiti Nui are back in Jacksonville Beach vying for 3,000 crucial points.

North America and Hawaii/Tahiti Nui Contingent Prepare for More

After Eden Walla's (USA) historic win, becoming the youngest Super Girl Surf Pro victor at age 15, the Californian now prepares to keep her momentum alive in Jacksonville Beach. Plus, Nissan Super Girl Surf Pro runner-up Kiara Goold (PYF) will lead the Hawaii/Tahiti Nui contenders into Jacksonville Beach currently ranked No. 1 on their respective rankings at age 14. Though tough conditions leveled the playing field, the next generation shined bright in Oceanside, Calif., to continue the surge of emerging talents utilizing this event as a springboard into the world of professional surfing and furthering their careers.

"The event is not only a showcase for the top-ranked surfers in the North America and Hawaii region but also a springboard to help launch surf careers and provide unmatched mentorship between pros and the next generation of young rippers," said ASA Entertainment CEO Entertainment Rick Bratman. "We saw a big shift of newcomers really make their presence known and make history in Oceanside and now we're even more excited to see what happens in Jacksonville Beach."

"To have legendary artists like Joan Jett and CeeLo Green performing and using their voices to help promote Super Girl's empowerment platform is incredible," he continued.
